(“Elligo”, “we” or “us”) is assisting the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) PPD, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific (“PPD”) in providing certain services, including study advertising, study recruitment, study site support and hosting the ASCENT-1 and ASCENT-2 clinical studies website (the “Services”), on behalf of the sponsor of the ASCENT-1 and ASCENT-2 clinical research studies, Othair Prothena Limited (“Prothena”). Prothena is the Data Controller for personal data processed for the ASCENT-1 and ASCENT-2 clinical research studies.
